Process Capabilities

Micromanufacturing Laboratory is capable of fabricating polymer miniature devices, particularly microfluidic devices and Lab-on-a-Chip, by micromilling, hot embossing, ultrasonic embossing, and PDMS molding. We typically work with polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA), polystyrene (PS), and polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS).
